JIMU was founded in 2009 by a group of professionals. In the early stage, JIMU engaged in mechanical production of steel grating, handrail and related products, under the name of Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Grating Co., Ltd.. Now, with the development of the company, extension of the market, and diversification of the product range, the company name has been changed to be Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Metal Structures Co., Ltd..
Jimu MS Steel Grating
1) Forgebar Grating:
Using high voltage welding equipment, weld the intersection of load bar and cross bar to form the welding grating.
1. Center pitch of load bar, there are 30mm Series and 40mm Series.
2. Center pitch of cross bar, there are 50mm Series and 100mm Series.
3. Other series also can be done as per customer's request, based on a certain quantity.
Standard: YB/T4001.1-2007, AS1657-2018, BS4592:2006, DIN24537-1:2006, ANSI NAAMM(MBG531-00).
Material Standard: GB/T700-Q235
H D Galv. Standard: GB/T13912-2002, ASTM A123, AS/NZS4680-2006, BS EN ISO1461-2009
2) Press Lock Grating
-- This type of grating is made using CNC punching machine and large power hydraulic machine to press the cross bar into the grooved load bar to form the grating structure. Comparing to Welding Grating, the surface of Press-Locked Grating is more clean and smooth, and provide aesthetic look.
1.There are various types of models to choose, as there are many different combinations of cross bar and load bar to be used together.
2.About the type-selection and application of Press-Locked Grating, can follow the quick lookup table of Welding Grating if is the same model or product code. If not, JIMU could provide recommendations to our customers based on the data they provide, except customers have their own type-selections.
