Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Metal Structures Co., Ltd., is a manufacturer specialized in diversified non-standard metal components. The name "Jimu", means building blocks in Chinese as like Lego, implying that we start from customer's point of views to simplified the usage, and users install and use our products accurately, simply and high-efficiently even in a variety of scenarios.
We have the laser cutting machine, CNC machining center, CNC bending machine, and welding robots to produce metal weldments that need machining or sheet metal parts that need welding. We are doing well in producing products according to international standards or the designated national standards, providing various qualification documents according to customers' requirements. And if customer have special demand, we are able to fabricate non-standard products to meet their requests. We mainly engaged in export business, provide high-quality products and services to the customers who pursue quality.

Quality Certification
As quality is our priority, we strictly implement Quality Management System - ISO 9001:2015/ GB/T 19001-2016. Our certificate (ISO) had pass verification and continued examinations of the British Standard of Quality Management Verification System, and we had been approved and get the certificate from British Standard Institution (BSI) which is verified and accepted by ANAB (ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board), CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and IAF (International Accreditation Forum ).
Our Facilities
We have the ability to produce light steel structures and do the product development. We have brought in laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC cutting machines, 6000mm CNC machining center, and several welding robots. We are seeking the opportunities to cooperate with domestic or oversea customers, especially the large chain groups of construction hardware products.
Jimu Steel Gating Stair Tread
Our stair treads can be supplied in Series 30, 40 & 60 forgebar grating. Treads may be selected using the Recommended Width and Recommended Max. Length tables. Non-standard treads can also be supplied on request. Please consult our sales department.
