We have the laser cutting machine, CNC machining center, CNC bending machine, and welding robots to produce metal weldments that need machining or sheet metal parts that need welding. We are doing well in producing products according to international standards or the designated national standards, providing various qualification documents according to customers' requirements. And if customer have special demand, we are able to fabricate non-standard products to meet their requests. Single Aluminium Grating Panels:


Materials: Aluminium 6063-T6 for grating flat bar, and 3003-H14 for edge banding bent plate.
Processing: Laser cutting the materials, Press locking the load bar and cross bar together, then argon arc welding as per drawing request.
Surface Finish: Mill finish, or powder coating in different colors.
Packaging: as per Jimu standard pack, or as per customer's request.
Application: can be used in corrosive locations, or used as decoration (such as footbridge ceiliing).

We have the ability to produce light steel structures and do the product development.
